In order to keep his family and local ministries a priority John Edgar only travels two weekends a month and a couple of weeks a year.

What do you charge?
Honorariums in most cases will be accepted. Traveling expenses within a reasonable distance will be covered by Edgar. Accommodations for the duration of the event should be covered by the booking party. Edgar prefers to stay in the homes of those he is serving when possible.
Would you be a host home leader for a Discipleship Now Weekend?
Umm in short yes. In long... I had someone approach me once and almost apologize for asking me to be a host home leader instead of bringing the Word. It really made me chuckle inside. One of my favorite things about ministry is the chance to meet people and get to know them on a one on one basis, to go deep into their life. That's hard to do from stage when you see them for an hour or so at most. I love few things as much as getting the opportunity to take a small group and get to know them.
What is an Agragape Experience?
Agragape is a weekend retreat focused on Luke 5:16. Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed. It is a weekend that includes 9 hours of time alone with God's Word. Edgar schedules one local Agragape a year, but is willing to run one for a specific group whenever they need it.
